多想云(06696.HK)拟全球发售1.60亿股 预计11月9日挂牌上市
格隆汇10月28日丨多想云(06696.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售1.60亿股股份，其中香港发售股份1600万股，国际发售股份1.44亿股，另有15%超额配股权；2022年10月28日至11月2日招股，预期定价日为11月2日；发售价将为每股发售股份1.88-2.38港元，每手买卖单位2000股，入场费约4808港元；中泰国际为独家保荐人；预期股份将于2022年11月9日于联交所主板挂牌上市。
集团于中国提供整合营销解决方案服务。集团的整合营销解决方案服务由五类营销服务组成，即内容营销、SaaS互动营销、数字营销、公关活动策划及媒介广告。内容营销使用内容作为载体，将品牌客户广告整合至不同的活动及视频，以达致营销目的。其可分为两大类：活动内容营销及数字内容营销。在活动内容营销中，运动内容营销依靠马拉松及街舞等运动赛事作营销用途。集团在提供活动内容营销服务方面一直取得成功。
鉴于客户对通过使用优质高效的SaaS营销平台充分提升其线上私域流量价值的需求日益增加，集团于2018年开始筹备扩展至SaaS互动营销服务。通过持续进行开发工作，于2021年6月正式推出SaaS互动营销平台－内容引擎。透过整合营销解决方案服务，集团可为客户提供线上线下营销解决方案服务，增强客户品牌及产品的认知度及人气。
集团的客户包括多个品牌，集团已与其发展稳定的业务关系。于往绩记录期间，逾200名客户委聘集团提供整合营销解决方案服务，在快消品、鞋服及房地产行业取得突出成就。集团的客户品牌包括(其中包括)：鸿星尔克、ABCKids、韩后、立白、斐乐、金冠、361度、贵人鸟、盼盼、恒安、安井、华润置地及万科。
集团已订立基石投资协议，据此，基石投资者已同意在若干条件的规限下按发售价认购以合共1000万港元配售有关数目的发售股份。假设发售价定为每股2.13港元(即本招股章程所载指示性发售价范围的中位数)，分配予基石投资者的发售股份总数将为469.4万股。基石投资者赖世贤先生为安踏(2020.hk)的执行董事兼首席财务官。
假设发售价为每股发售股份2.13港元，并假设超额配股权未获行使，集团估计将收取全球发售所得款项净额约2.756亿港元。集团计划将全球发售所得款项约14.7%用于研发及加强SaaS互动营销平台；约31.7%用于增加IP内容组合及拓展整合营销解决方案业务；约16.0%用于投资于扩大集团的地理范围及扩大客户群；约32.1%用于寻求集团认为能够扩大集团的供应、增强集团的技术能力的投资及收购；及约5.5%港元用于运营资金及一般公司用途。
