How to Withdraw and Check Withdrawal Records
- Withdrawal Process Guide
1. Log in to the uSMART App and click the 【Trade】 module at the bottom/on the page.
2. After entering, find and click the 【More】 option.
3. Select 【Withdraw】 from the list.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to select an already linked bank account or add a new receiving bank account.
5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, confirm it is correct, and submit the application.
Important Notes:
1. Customers will be responsible for any bank refund fees incurred due to account issues or incorrect information.
2. As virtual banks do not support cheque deposits, if you need to withdraw foreign currency to a local virtual bank account, the withdrawing bank will charge an additional fee. Please be aware of this.
- How to Check Withdrawal Records
1. Go to the 【Trade】 page in the app → Click 【More】 → Select 【Withdraw】.
2. Click 【Withdrawal Records】 in the lower right corner of the page to view the processing status, history, and details of all your withdrawal requests.
