2. Clients must complete at least 2 trades in HK stocks, U.S. stocks or A-shares during the relevant month. Fund subscription/redemption, IPO subscription, wealth management product transactions, currency exchange, stock transfer and other non-securities transactions will not be counted.
3. Only Clients who satisfy both conditions 1 and 2 above will be eligible for the "PRO Client Exclusive – Margin Account Financing Charges" offer.
4. Hong Kong stock margin interest will be handled on a "charged first, refunded afterwards" basis. The relevant interest will first be charged at an annual interest rate of 7.63%. For clients who satisfy the above conditions, the overcharged concession amount is expected to be refunded to their trading accounts on or before the 15th business day of the following month. The actual refund timing shall be subject to the Company's processing arrangements.
5. This offer applies only to financing interest arising from the purchase of Hong Kong stocks with HKD financing and calculated based on the HKD Hong Kong stock margin financing rate. It does not apply to IPO loans, borrowing in other markets or other currencies, overdue interest, handling fees, platform fees, transaction levies, stamp duties, third-party fees, or any other charges.
All other charges shall remain the same as those applicable to securities trading accounts (i.e. cash accounts).
The Company reserves the right to adjust the interest charged on account debit balances, concession arrangements, calculation methods and related terms from time to time without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a client is eligible for this financing rate concession based on the client's past credit, trading, and position records, account status, and/or risk assessment results. In case of any dispute, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.
