香港2月标普全球PMI升至53.9,商业信心创新高
标普全球2月香港特区采购经理指数(PMI)经季节调整后,从1月的51.2上升至53.9,显示私营经济连续两月增长,升势为去年5月以来最快。2月份,客户需求升温,带动公司增产,企业继而增聘人手、扩充采购。由于供应链瓶颈已经纾缓,供虑商缩短了供货时间,而整体投入成本通胀亦见放缓。鉴于营商好转,业者的商业信心冲至破纪录新高。
中国内地与香港特区先后于新年交接之时放宽防疫措施,加上疫情降温,促进了市场对香港特区商品与服务的需求,订单增长因而再度急升,省中以外贸需求最为显著,出口订单升幅创2011年1月以来最佳,而来自中国内地的新增订单量,升幅也排全历来最高之一。
企业于是扩张生产,增产速度高见12年以来最快,按分项数据显示,芸芸行业中,又以消费性服务业的产出增长最为突出。此外,供应商月内大幅缩短了供货时间,改善幅度为24年以来最佳,但即使供应链已回复畅顺,企业仍因新接订单量急剧增加,造成更多积压。
另一方面,香港特区私营企业承受的价格压力已见纾缓。2月份整体投入价格虽持续上涨,但升幅收窄至去年10月以来最低。综观来看,采购价格通胀随原材料及运输成本上涨而升温,但薪资通胀的幅度已经回落,因此整体成本通胀开始减慢,而企业向客户转嫁成本的幅度也相应放缓。不过,整体投入成本通胀和产出价格通胀均处于平均水平之上。
香港特区私营经济于首季中段的营商情绪维持正面,企业普遍看好末来经济和销售前景,经营信心明显增强,飙至2012年4月以来最佳,反映对未来12个月的业务更加乐观。
标普全球市场财智经济硏究部副总监Jingyi Pan表示,标普全球2月香港特区PMI显示,香港特区私营经济的增长动力于今年进一步声固。整体需求转炽,为2月急速增长的营商活动劳来了支持,连带外部需求亦如是,这不仅为积极讯号,也远超去年首季PMI录得新出口订单急剧萎缩的情况。随着防疫限制放宽,供应链大幅畅顺,因此供应商以廿多年来最大的改善幅度缩短供货时间,预示企业于未来数月继续增产。
