1.2 Hong Kong Identity Card + Hong Kong Visa/Entry Permit + Proof of Address (issued within 3 months)
1.3 Hong Kong Identity Card + Mainland China Identity Card/Passport + Proof of Address (issued within 3 months)
- Mainland China Residents:
2.1 Mainland China Identity Card or Mainland Temporary Identity Card (valid within 3 months), a Hong Kong local bank card and a Hong Kong bank statement within 3 months, and a proof of address issued by a financial institution or public utility company within 3 months.
